The client sought to unify their online and in-store inventory and streamline appointment booking for their retro gaming sessions, minimizing manual scheduling tasks.

• Inventory Synchronization: By migrating from WordPress to Square Online, we unified Arkadium’s inventory, allowing the client to manage both in-store and online products in one place, thereby reducing the administrative workload.
  Seamless Appointment Booking Integration: Leveraging Square’s appointment booking feature, we enabled customers to book arcade sessions directly on the website, minimizing manual bookings and improving the customer experience.

Engaging UI/UX Design

• Optimized Navigation: Utilizing Pixso and Figma, we designed an interface that captures the nostalgic essence of retro gaming while remaining easy to navigate.
