Your Collects offers a broad range of customizable products, which created a challenge: customers needed to quickly understand what they could purchase, personalize, or order in bulk without becoming overwhelmed by the catalogue. We helped solve this through UX design, e-commerce development, and a more structured shopping experience. We organized the website around different customer needs, including personalized gift boxes, apparel, print products, blank products for customization, special occasions, and corporate orders. We also created separate pathways for customers whose requirements don't fit a standard online purchase, allowing them to request quotations for customized and bulk projects. This approach helps Your Collects serve both everyday e-commerce customers and clients with more complex requirements through a single website, while making its extensive range of products and customization options easier to discover.
